Language is the gateway into another culture. Hindi is a phonetic language and it is one of the most spoken language in India. As part of the curriculum, UG students opt Hindi as their second language. Common course – Hindi for UG students started functioning here in 1964. Hindi focuses on developing proficiency and promote nationalism and humanism through language. Learning Hindi enriches their personal and professional lives.

The common course Hindi program offered by Kerala University is a 4-semester undergraduate program for BA/ B.Sc students and 2 semesters for B.Com with Accounts & Data Science and Communicative English students.
