About the Department

Established in 1967, the Department of Commerce has consistently achieved great success and has been continuously progressing. The department comprises a total of eight faculties, including four permanent staff members and four guest faculties. The Commerce Department offers two undergraduate programs: B.Com. with Finance as the main, with two main electives: Finance and Co-operation. A large number of students over the years successfully completed their courses and gained professional degrees. The interest in choosing cooperation as an elective has helped a lot of students become executives in the cooperative sector. The department is also offering a new generation course, B.Com. Accounts and Data Science with a double option, which is considered one of the most in-demand courses in the modern academic landscape.

Students enrolled in the B.Com. program have further enhanced the reputation of the department by consistently achieving the best academic rankings and securing prestigious placements in esteemed organizations.
